Hello and welcome to our first blog of the Autumn for Furn-On.
In what was a very busy season for our staff at Furn-On, we have been working hard to make sure that our customers are looked after with our usual high levels of care. Meanwhile, we have been streamlining our processes to mean we have a better working system for our customers. Our after sales processes were thought to have been of a very high level however following a review, we spotted ways of improvement whilst also speeding up the resolution any issues our customers may have.
